After eight years of government the center-left in the Campania region and the participation of our party led by Antonio Bassolino to come now is the time a final budget on this experience. One can not fail to note that on all key issues for our party and for the young Communists that political life was a failure. From the soil environment, to the defense of the work, through training, health and education, strong response trope often represented to us a counterpart. Our presence in leading roles of government is not able to change the framework and our party is now perceived as part of the power system Bassolino, ie as part of the problem.
The Young Communist League of Naples, in the light of this assessment is deemed necessary and unavoidable construction of an alternative strategy and program in the past year. What we see in fact, against the rising tide of right, the formation of an alliance of center-left in direct continuity with the present, a sort of Bassolino without Bassolino, who is in any case deus ex machina. The need
of reconstruction and revival of the Communist Youth Party and everything goes according to us for a change in the choices of institutional positioning in our region where the center-left shows his face probably the worst in the country. We intend this process from social work, by the presence in the struggles and movements. We believe that our participation in the government of the Campania region has been an obstacle to the social roots. Too often we found ourselves in the territories to mobilize against the choices of a junta that we are part well.
We consider it essential to continue in the path of building a left alternative began with the provincial elections, which we interpreted as the beginning of a process and not as a temporary tactical choice.
We believe that once again on the political agenda the issue of the South is absolutely essential to relaunch the Campania region and throughout the south.
were decisive for the existence of our present political experience among young people, students, workers, the working classes, and not the mere presence of institutions, however, put us in a bad light with those who want to represent. An electoral choice comes from a policy and not vice versa, otherwise the further disintegration of our fighting forces.
As the Communist Youth of Naples invite all the party to a participatory discussion on the merits to be performed in time rapidly as possible. We propose that the party now are promoting the construction of an alternative coalition as broad as possible, from our historical claims to political and programmatic for our region.
